The Red Dot Receiver Drier 74R3357 is used on most heavy-duty air conditioning installations. It is mounted between the condenser and the expansion valve. It is composed of a tank a filter, a drying agent (desiccant) and a pickup tube. Moisture indicator contains a litmus paper device which turns colors to designate the condition of the refrigerant. This part works in place of obsolete part number 74R3356.
