The Zerostart Copper Threaded Coolant Immersion Heater 3500013 is designed for Allis Chalmers models 7030, 7040, 7045, 7050, 7060, 7080 and 7580, Caterpillar models C10 C12, 3196, 3406 (With BrakeSaver-1994 & newer) and John Deere models 6105 and 6125.
INSTALLATION INFORMATION:
- For Allis Chalmers models 7030, 7040, 7045, 7050, 7060, 7080 and 7580: Install in Right Rear (RR)
- For Caterpillar models C10 and C12: Replaces 1" NPT plug in rear of oil cooler. Engine may also accept the following oil pan heaters: 8609683, 8609659, 8609713 (requires 1" x 1/2" bushing to reduce port size. See threaded immersion heater page for specifications.
- For Caterpillar model 3196: Replaces 1" NPT Plug in Rear of oil cooler. Engine may also accept the following oil panheaters: 8609683, 8609659, 8609713 (requires 1" x 1/2" bushing to reduce port size. See page 64 for oil pan heater specifications).
- For Caterpillar model 3406: Replaces 1" pipe plug in oil cooler, front bonnet.
- For John Deere models 6105 and 6125: Installs in oil cooler housings.
